Deleted Items folder does not follow Auto-Archive Definition

Designating the deleted items folder to move its contents after 6 months to
the Archive PST file appears to not process correctly. When the same defined
function is run using the Archive feature from the File menu, it appears only
some items move, while others stay. The only way to sucessfully move the
items is to place them in date order, block the desired messages to move,
then drag-and-drop to the Deleted folder under Archive.

Using: Outlook 2003
Autoarchive Definition on Deleted Items Properties: "Archive Using"
selected; Cleanout 6 months; Move items to "Archive" folder that i have set
