Deleted items

Someone deleted all the items in my deleted items file without knowing that
there was items in there that i needed.

Is it possible to get these back!?!

Why would you store things you need in a trash can?
Anyway, recovery depends on your configuration. Restoring from backup always
works of course.

No, by this I mean that you either need to share your configuration
information or restore your data. System Restore doesn't recover data but a
system's installation configuration.

Again; that depends on your configuration and your backup solution. You
still haven't shared any of that information so it is impossible to be
specific. To start with; did you actually make backups of your data?

There is an outlook archive item, tho when i try to open this in outlook
nothing happens!

Everything backs up to a server over night.

Archive isn't a backup.

I've asked you 3 times already for your configuration information. If you
are not going to share any configuration information then you are on your
own with sorting this one out. I'm not going to ask again. Contact the admin
managing your configuration/backup server instead.

i apologise for not knowing where to look, im somewhat of a novice at this

That's a start. Also your mail account type is of importance here. Also,
what exactly do you backup when it comes to Outlook?
