Hello, how to disable the hard delete (SHIFT DELETE) of items / folders?

I want to make all the items and folders to be stored inside the deleted
items.

You can't do that with the Outlook API, but it looks like you can trap those
specific keypresses using the technique outlined here:

You could also build an Exchange Event Sink and trap the Synchronous
OnSyncDelete event; if the flag is EVT_HARDDELETE, you can abort the
transaction.

The OnSyncDelete event can only be trapped on the computer running Exchange
Server, so an Exchange Client Extension cannot hook into it.
