deleted menu file- help!

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

I deleted the menu file on word. How can i take that back? And also on the toolbars section i don't have that toolbar where i can save/print, etc. Can you help me? I'm going crazy on this one.

The toolbar is the easiest so let's start with that :) Click the elliptical
button at the right end of the document window's Title Bar.

Now, for the File Menu: Go to Tools> Customize Toolbars & Menus, Toolbars
page. Click the Name of the Menu Bar then click the Reset button. If it
doesn't reappear when you OK out let us know - there is another step or two
that will get it back if that fails.
