deleted office 2003 need to reinstall will not synchronise

Trying to get rid of cicerouiwndframe deleted office accidently (sleeping)
now will not reinstall. office was installed from work but files are still on
the disc.

To reinstall Office you need the origonal installation media or access to
the network install point
