Deleted Offline Folders

My offline folders were mistakenly deleted and I need to
know if there is any way to recover them either myself or
using a 3rd party utility. They were actually MSN Mail
folders which I think are similar to Outlook Express
folders, but I could be wrong. Can anyone help? Thanks!
