Deleted projects still showing up in Project Pro. 2007

Hello, I'm completely baffled by this...here's my background info:

Windows Server 2003 SP2
WSS 3.0 SP1
Project Server 2007
MSSQL Server 2005 Embedded

So, I've created several test projects and assignments in the past as we
were testing the software to see how it could work for us. When we finally
reached the point of being ready to move to Project Server, I deleted all the
PWA sites including the associated DBs and recreated them to start from
scratch. Everything's going normally except now I'm creating a Project to
publish to the server that has several task assignments and Ok, that's all
fine and dandy, except that when I view the "Resource Usage" view I see that
the resources I have given assignments to show "Other Projects and
commitments". When I expand this, I see all the 'old' project names I had
created and assigned during our testing phase.

I don't understand how Project Pro. is pulling and linking my resources to
those projects when they shouldn't exist. None of these assignments show up
in PWA, and nor do the projects (for good reasons because they were DELETED!!)

I could really use any shed of light on this because I feel like I'm in the
twilight zone looking at those "Other projects and commitments".

Thanks you in advance for any help.

Make sure that you don't have any of the old test projects showing in the
Draft DB under PWA>Server Settings>Delete Enterprise Objects.

Also try deleting your cache by doing the following:

1) Close Project Pro
2) Go to Start>Run
3) Enter %appdata% and hit OK
4) Navigate to /Microsoft/MS Project/
5) Delete both the 12 and Cache folders
6) Log back into Project Pro

See if that fixes the issue.
