Deleted resources

In trying to assign ownership to projects on Project Server 2003 using PWA,
the drop down choices only display deleted users rather than the current
system users.

Where does this information come from? I need to delete \ refresh so that
the current users are displayed.

The people who appear on the Owner list are those who have the "New Project"
permission in PWA. Hope this helps.

I have deleted all of these users in PWA. Their names still appear, with the
deleted on date appended to them. (They do not appear as enterprise resources
either.) I created new accounts for different users, and they aren't
appearing at all, even though they have the proper permissions.

I appreciate you taking a shot at it though. Thanks. You've helped me
indirectly with your posts many times in the past.

It sounds like your DBA will need to get involved. Hope this helps.

That's what I was thinking.

I think the problem stemmed from the client deleting the projects or
resources out of order. If I would have had my way they would have flushed
the tables completely and essentially started from scratch.
