Deleted rule still trying to run in Entourage 2008

I keep getting an error that a rule can't execute because the folder it is
moving a message to no longer exists. However, the rule is no longer listed
in the Rules window. So, it's apparently still there, but I just can't see
it. Is there some other way to delete a rule from the database? I've tried
rebuilding the database, but the problem still exists.

Check the Mailing List Manager rules first to be sure it's not there. If it
is not, then remove the Rule file in the Finder. Let Entourage create a new
blank rule file and re-enter all your rules. I know...PITB. Screenshots
help.
