Deleted .wma file created in onenote

Help! I recorded a phone conversation (.wma) with my granmother about
genealogical information and hit record again - when getting rid of the extra
I deleted the original & description - I used undo but not enough undo to
bring it back. I then did file, open backup - but in my backup it is still 18
pages short of what is in my unfiled notes currently, with the 18th page
being the one with the recording. This just happened a little over an hour
ago. The part I don't want is still on the page. What do I do? Any help
will be much apprecited!

Unfortunately, I don't think you can get the .wma file with what you have.
