Not unless you have the backup option set in tools > options > save and he
has only saved once.
There's an outside chance that if you (or he) have not continued to work on
the PC and that the disc space that was occupied by your file has not been
overwritten, that file recovery software may be able to get some of it back,
but I wouldn't count on it.
