Deleted worksheet data

Optimist

Unfortunately, I'm an eternal optimist and failed to backup an excell
worksheet. Then, by mistake, I deleted data in the worksheet using the
'Edit/Delete' command. Is it possible to recover this deleted data?

Only if you didn't save the workbook or you have a backup of that file.

If you didn't save the workbook after deleting the worksheet, you can close
without saving--or even open in a different excel session and save as a new
name.
