Deleteing empty fields - labels

Hello folks. I have a label document with 25+ pages (30 up labels) and each
page has2 or more blank labels / boxes. Is there a way to delete all empty
boxes, which will in turn give me less pages to print.

Empty fields don't print anyway.. if it is a two page document, set your
printer to just print page one..

Well then I'm explaining it wrong, because when I print out my mailing labels
(30 up to a page), it prints each page as viewed on screen. So that means
which-ever boxes / labels are blank, it prints out that way.

Sounds sort of like you deleted part of the contents of a saved label
document. If that is the case you will need to fill or move the contents
of a another label to the one you erased.

What you see is what you get.. move some labels into the blank cells until
such time as you have a contiguous block of labels..
