Hi -
I'm working in Access for the first time in many years.
I have a number of joins created between various tables in the Relationship
window.
I created a query that uses a number of these tables. The previously defined
joins appear
in the query design window by default. My query does not produce any records
unless I delete
one particular join in the query design window (this behavior of the query
makes sense).
What is the consequence of my deleting this join in the query?
The join still appears in the Relationship window after I have deleted it in
the query.
Am I violating some cardinal rule of Access by doing this?
thanks,
Doug
