Deleting A Link (Source File)

When I open my workbook, I get a message that states
that "The workbook contains automatic links to another
workbook... Do I want to update my workbook with the
changes made to the other workbook"? I did not link any
workbooks together. I did, however, copy information from
one workbook that contained formulas (not links) to
another workbook.
How can I delete the link (or source file) so that that
message does not appear when I open the file?
