Deleting a Project file

Manual seems a bit unlcear to me on how to delete an
entire project from the Project Server. Is this done
through the Admin option "Clean up the Microsoft Project
Server database."?

Yes, you are correct. Do the following to delete a project from the Project
Server database:

1. Click the Admin menu, then click the "Clean up the Microsoft Project
Server database" link
2. Click the "Projects and To-Do Lists" option
3. Select the "Delete the SharePoint subweb for the specified project"
4. Click the Delete button
