Deleting a web in FP2002

I used to be able to delete entire webs from within FP2002, but not anymore.
I can only delete by using windows explorer now, which I know is not a
desirable situation.
Is there a setting somewhere in FP that controls this function??

Here are the instructions from FP 2003
In the Folder List, right-click the Web site or subsite, and then click Delete on the shortcut menu
If the Folder List is hidden, on the View menu, click Folder List

To confirm the deletion, click Yes
Note You cannot delete a subsite unless you have administrative permissions on the top-level site
