Deleting all data in databases

Can i clean everything (and how) in the project server databases so i can
start from an empty environment?

I realize that I was a bit ambiguous in my wording. Let's try that again:

1) Delete the PWA site in the SSP
2) Delete the databases in SQL
3) Reprovision PWA

-or-

1) Delete the PWA site in the SSP
2) Reprovision PWA with differently named databases

Either should do the trick.
