Deleting all data in databases

Can i clean everything (and how) in the project server databases so i can
start from an empty environment?

Delete them and reprovision PWA. Or delete the PWA site from the SSP, and
reprovision with different database names.

I realize that I was a bit ambiguous in my wording. Let's try that again:

1) Delete the PWA site in the SSP
2) Delete the databases in SQL
3) Reprovision PWA

-or-

1) Delete the PWA site in the SSP
2) Reprovision PWA with differently named databases

Either should do the trick.

Since i'm a newbie with these kind af activities, can you please
