Some facts about a question I have are as follows. I set a recurring
appointment to happen at 3 p.m. every day. At 3 p.m. an Outlook reminder
popped up notifying me of my recurring appointment. The screen that
initially popped up offered me a choice to “openâ€, “dismiss†or “dismiss
allâ€.
Is there a way for me to set Outlook 2003 to offer me a choice to delete the
appointment when Outlook first notified me of the appointment?
Supposed my recurring appointment has not happened yet and I click on the
recurring appointment on the Outlook calendar to delete it. Is there a way
for me to set Outlook to delete the appointment just this one time “Delete
this occurrence†automatically without Outlook asking me each time whether I
want to “Delete this occurrence†or “Delete the series
