deleting cached emails addresses in TO & CC fields

Does anyone know how to clear the email addresses from
the CC: and TO: fields. These email addresses were
entered manaually and some are incorrect and I cannot
seem to get rid of them.

I tried searching the registry and no hope.

Is there anyone whom knows of how to sort this out.
