Deleting database in 2003

I have a library in the document database that the project has been deleted.
When I try to delete the library on the cleanup project server database page
I get the following:
“Project Server cannot delete the project. The project is checked out.â€
How can I remove the library?

TES --

You need to check in the project before you can delete it. Click Admin -
Manage Enterprise Features - Check In Enterprise Projects. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the prompt reply, however:
The project does not appear on the list (blank with all project checked in).
The project no longer appears on the project page, just the library on the
document page. The name appears in the cleanup page, but will not delete.
