Deleting drop down email addresses

[Needanuface]

I'm new to Office Xp. When I put a first initial into the email address bar
of the person I want to send to, every email address I ever sent to whether I
want to retain them or not appears. Does anyone know how to delete the
unwanted ones? I've got quite a list and it's getting very annoying.

Highlight it and click delete.
