deleting duplicate contact records

This is the second time my craddle connected Samsung i400 Windows phone
duplicates most of my records in my contact list. Is there anyway to
automatically delete records in Contacts or do you know how to avoid this
problem in the future. The phone is running 2003 version.

I'd check with whomever makes the conduit software to find out if there's a
fix, presuming you haven't started using a new mail/Windows profile or
otherwise modified settings that make the conduit fail to recognize the
existing items & just sync.
Is there
anyway to automatically delete records in Contacts or do you know how
to avoid this problem in the future. The phone is running 2003
version.

dupes, but as I said, the problem probably isn't due to Outlook, it's the
sync software/conduit.
