Deleting duplicate personal folders

A duplicate set of personal folders has mysteriously appeared in Outlook and
I cannot get rid of them. They stop me from synchronising my palmtop and stop
me from clicking the TO button on email and getting access to my contacts
list. I have even reinstalled the whole of MS Office and still the duplicate
folders appear. The usual method of deleting just reults in a delete button
being grey and unusable. HELP!

Create a new mail profile in Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>New
