DELETING E-MAIL OUTLOOK EXPRESS

Can you please advise me how I can delete unwanted e-mail
in Outlook Express before I open it. At present when I
clickon to any e-mail the e-mail opens automatically.

Don't click on it, click on Delete. (At least this works in Outlook.)

Also, don't shout.
