error message: item could not be deleted. they were either
moved or already deleted, or access was denied.
i am trying to delete a message that had too large of an
attachment to complete the send. i have tried to press
SHIFT+DELETE, but am unsuccessful. having this one email
stuck in my outbox is keeping me from sending any other
email.
any ideas on what i need to do to get rid of this one
email so that i can continue to send out messages.
