Deleting emails

All of a sudden I am unable to remove messages from my inbox and delete them?
I have tried to do a system restore and also tried several ways to delete
and they will not move to the deleted items folder.
The computer gives me a little time clock then simply returns to normal?

I am having the same problem...I can not delete emails. I have tried
restarting Outlook, and the PC...nothing helps. Does anyone have a solution??

Have you tried emptying your Deleted Items folder? What happens when you
hold Shift while clicking Delete?
