Deleting empty rows

Is there any way to delete empty rows within a two column list?

I have about 4200 rows with blank rows inserted randomly that I need t
delete and move the row up

You can select the list, and hit
<F5>, then <Special>,
Click on <Blanks>, then <OK>.
Right click *in any selected cell* and choose <Delete>,
Then click "Shift Cells Up", then <OK>.
