deleting file - Wininet.dll

Hello.
I'm trying to put some files on an FTP location using some Wininet.dll
functions. The FTP server doesn't allow overwriting of files. The solution is
to delete the file and then upload the new file.
I doesn't seem to find a method to delete the file. Does Wininet.DLL or
another DLL has this method ? Or someone can point me another solution ?
