Is there a way to set up a permanent delete macro in outlook, or a button
you can click and get rid of permanently. For example if you keep all of
your deleted emails and wanted to actually keep them in the delete file for
awhile, but there are certain items you know you want to get rid of, just a
click and it's gone permanently.
Help, my boss is asking me about this and I haven't a clue.
