deleting header for functional band

I want to put a functional band on a company template which has a
predetermined size. However, when I insert the functional band, it comes
with a header. I want to delete the header, as the company template has a
header already.

How can I delete the functional band header?

(Note: by "functional band header", I mean the space at the top of the
functional band, not the text at the left of the functional band which shows
"<Function>".)

Click on the outer frame to select it, then menu Window -> Show
