Deleting headers and footers

On page 3 of a 10 page document there is a blank header space that covers almost the whole page. There is no text in the header and everything that could be in there has been deleted. I need to get rid of this header. On all the other pages, the footers contain the page numbers and that's what I want.

Also, on page 4 of the document there is a text box on the left side of the page, approx. 3x4". I can't get the bottom side of the frame to show.

Can you help me with these two problems? I have a deadline for this document as it is part of a book.

Have you turned on Show/Hide to make sure there are no
empty returns on the page? Also, go to File/Page
Setup/Layout tab and make sure Vertical Alignment is set
to Top for the entire document.

Click on the edge of the frame and delete it. Or go to Format | Frame and
resize it to a size that will fit on the page.

Thank you - the "vertical alignment" "top" deleted the header. Do you

have any suggestions about the frame for the text box? The bottom side
doesn't show, even though it says it does when I go into "format frame". I
appreciate your help.
