I have Norton AV 2002 set up to delete infected emails ariving in Outlook.
Normally it delets them just fine but for some reason every now and then it
pops up a message to say that it can't delete an email message and that
"this email it's still infected".
I can delete the message manually so what stops Norton doing the same?
