Deleting Links

I am trying to delete a link in an Excel 2000 workbook.
I've tried using the Delete Links add-in, but the link
remains. The link, which I did not create, is to a file
at a former employer's. The link is C:\WINNT\Temporary
Internet Files\Content.IE5\... I've seen reference to a
print area with this link, but no additional information.

Any idea how I can delete this link?
