Deleting local resources from a project

We are using an enterprise resource pool in all our projects on MS Project
Pro 2003, but I have managed to form local resources for each project by
accident. I don't want those local resources, but I haven't yet found any way
to get rid of them. Every time I delete the local resources they come back
when I save the project and sometimes the deleted resources double. Is there
any way I can get rid of those local resources???

Pami -

Have you tried using the Assign Resources tool? It's Tools > Assign
Resources or ALT+F10. Pull that tool up, and click on each task in
each project where you have the issue. You can use it to replace
resources (like an Enterprise Resource for a local resource)

As you remove assigned resources from tasks, the durations for those
tasks might change. The work assigned to the removed resources will be
redistributed to the remaining resources (if any). If you don't want
durations to change, turn off effort-driven scheduling for the task.

Hope this helps.
