Deleting Mail Outlook 2007

This may be a dumb question; however, I'll ask anyway. If you delete a
message - Do associated ATTACHMENTS get deleted at the same time? If not -
How and WHERE do you delete attachments?

Yes, as the attachments are embedded within the messages.
