Deleting messages on blackberry

I am able to receive messages on my blackberry but when I then go to my entourage and open up the same message it then deletes on my blackberry. How do I change this setting so that it keeps the message on my blackberry when I open it on my computer?

Entourage>Account Settings>[account name]>Options>Leave a copy of each
message on the server
