Deleting multiple calendar events in Entourage 2004

Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop This ought to be simple but I can't figure it out. How does one delete multiple calendar events in Entourage 2004? One cannot select multiple events on the calendar to delete all at once and I can't find any purge function. I went into Entourage Preferences and chose "Delete non-recurring events before xx months" and when I clicked OK, nothing happened. I tried quitting and then restarting Entourage but still nothing happened. What am I doing wrong. When exporting to an .rge archive one can choose to delete entries in the calendar after archiving but it deletes more than I want to do. Any ideas?

Look in the folder list on the left for a custom view for "All Events"
or something similarly named. Select it and you will get a list of
events where you can select more than one at a time.

Hope this helps!

Bill: Thank you, Thank you! It worked just like you said. Another neat thing I can do with it is select several related events and place them in the same category without having to go through and do it one at a time. Was hoping that I could select several events to copy and paste as text in a WORD doc to get around the other issue I posted but no dice; the copy function is not available. Thanks again.
