I have wiped hdd and reinstalled outlook 2000. It is IMO. After reinstalling
pst files, I now have 2 copies of whole folder list, and am unable to delete
one. Message says that I can't delete one that has contacts, journal etc.. I
cannot even move folders from one into the other. I've gone to mail icon in
control panel, and there is no services box to select. Right clicking to
delete, or close the folder does not work. Bottom line is I'd like to
completely clear folder list and try to backup from my saved pst file from
scratch. It seems to far screwed up now, after trying to copy from different
file paths etc.
