Deleting names from a spreadsheet

I keep inheriting spreadsheets that have hundreds of names defined.
Some are just a nuisance, but others are problematic.

Is there a way to delete all of the names in a file with out doing the
(Instert, Name, Delete) commands on them one at a time?
