Deleting Office 2000 Small Biz edition when I don't have the CD's

I am trying to delete MS office 2000 because it keeps trying to auto update
when I am using Outlook. When it does it's asking for the CD's which I don't
a have. How do I correct the problem?

DL: Thanks for the response.

I loaded Office 2003 which put the lastest version of Outlook on there.
However, under add and remove programs it show office 2000 and office 2003.
Office 2000 or what's left it I would to remove and that is what's creating
the problem.

Its possible that office2k contained a component that wasnt included in
Office2003 thus the installation, assuming you selected the option to remove
the previous version, left this component.
I 'believe' there was a utility available on MS site for removing office2k

What exactly happens when you start/use OL2003?
