Deleting OfficeAddin

I have a toolbar (OfficeAddin) that shows up in every office app that
I don't use and can't seem to delete. Any help to getting rid of this
thing once and for all would be greatly appreciated!

Uninstall the add-in (it may provide an uninstaller).
