Deleting or removing a profile

I will be adding a new system with OL 2007 installed. I have read the blogs
regarding data import from OL 2002. I have had difficulties with having
multiple unused profiles in 2002. Is there a way to remove unused profiles in
2007, or 2002 for that matter.
