I just installed SBS 2003 and Exchange on a small Windows 2000 network. With
Outlook 2003 now installed, all users see their old Personal Folders as well
as the Exchange Mailbox-User name group. -- This is causing some confusion
for users. We've already created PST files and imported them into Mailbox -
User, so now the users see the same files under both. The problem is, they
continue to work in the Personal Folders region, which means the new
information is not shared through Exchange.
Two questions - Can I simply delete the Personal Folders group? And can I
make the Mailbox - User group the default so that the users see only it when
opening Outlook?
Thanks.
