Deleting Relationships

I have deleted all relationships, but when I try to change the data type for
a field in a table, it tells me that a relationship still exists. How do I
find hidden relationships?

i did this and it brings up 2 tables - but no relationship lines - they seem
to be hidden. Any ideas?
