Deleting repetitive words.

If someone could help me here in creating a macro or some other advice
I'd greatly appreciate it. For example If I have a word document (lets
say one page document) and there are 5 different email addresses, one
per line, (each letter represents an email address):

A
B
C
D
E
A
C
D
D
E

If I wanted to delete an email address that has been repeated past its
first use (if it's been repeated), how would I do this with a macro or
if there's another way? In this case, I'd want A, C, 2 D's, and E
deleted (but not the initial A, C, D, E, I just need one left over and
the repeats deleted).

Thank you very much in advance.
