deleting returns in text copied from email

Hello and thank you for your assistance...
I am trying to re-format text I got in an email to eliminate the returns
and alow it to be alligned in Word. How do I get rid of all the 'returns' ?

What I would do is a find/replace. I'd find all "returns"
and replace them with a "space".

Hi Athena (sounds like a goddess!),

In Word use Edit > Replace

When the cursor is blinking in "Find What" click the MORE button and then
choose Paragraph Mark from the SPECIAL button. Leave the "Replace with"
field blank. Click Find Next and Replace as appropriate
