What is the keyboard way to delete a row and everything in it without using
the dropdown menu?

I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Excel.

This one's for questions about Access, the database product that's part of
Office Professional.

Try presseing Control/Shift and Right Arrow. Depending on how much data is
in the row you may need to click the Right Arrow several times. When the Row
Number is highlighted you know that the entire row has been selected. Then
press the Delete key to remove all entries on that row.
