Deleting Rules in Outlook 2003

I have outlook 2003 installed on a Dell 640 Latitude laptop with
Windows XP. I tried to download the 1020 beta and had to uninstall it
when I couldn't find my .pst files.

Now the rules I set up for my email are not working. The normal
'delete rules' function is all grayed out and I cannot delete them.

How do I get these non-working rules out of there or get the existing
ones to work?

Thanks

Did you try telling where the PSTs are?
