Deleting sharepoint sites of deleted projects

Hello,
Is there an option to delete the sharepoint sites from previously removed
projects where I forgot to check the "delete sharepoint site also" checkbox?

Yes,

on the project web access home page, goto site actions. Then click Sites and
workspaces (under site administration).
Here is the list of your websites and you can delete each of them (so be
carefull what to delete)

I have a reverse case. I mistakenly deleted a workspace, is it posible to
recover it?
